Join us to learn about the many resources we have that support brain injury. We have over 15 resource tables with services and organizations that support brain injury care. Check out all the exciting ways brain injury care is supported at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital and in the Tampa region. 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Rockwall on Main Street (Bldg. 38 SCI, 2nd Floor) Event will be held at the James Haley VA Hospital (Main Street) in Tampa. In solidarity and promotion of Brain Injury Awareness Month, we invite all JAHVH staff and volunteers to wear their brain injury awareness t-shirts or green clothing and join the team at the Rockwall on Main Street to take a group photo. Join us in the SCI Dining room to hear stories from our patients and providers on their experiences with TBI care. Hear about the Polytrauma Inpatient Brain Injury Program, Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program (PTRP), and the Post-Deployment Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program (PREP) at James A. Come to the SCI Basketball Court to learn about brain injury and support Brain Injury Awareness Month. Come any time 11am-1pm to show your support and enjoy refreshments.
